Under Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Sarah Sewall to Travel to Honduras

Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Sarah Sewall will travel to Tegucigalpa, Honduras on June 24-25.
While in Honduras, Under Secretary Sewall will discuss bilateral and regional issues, human rights, and security cooperation with government officials, civil society leaders and other key stakeholders with a special focus on our shared commitment to developing a prosperous and secure Honduras.
Under Secretary Sewall will also visit U.S. government-supported security projects, meeting with law enforcement personnel and youth who have benefitted from the initiatives to better meet the continuing security challenges for Honduran civilians.
