By Breaking Travel News Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, owner of Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain, announced earlier it has entered into an agreement to acquire Big Bear Mountain Resorts in Big Bear Lake, California. Big Bear Mountain Resorts includes both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, the largest and most popular of southern California’s ski and snowboard resorts that host nearly 800,000 winter visits annually.
