Special Representative of the President for Nuclear Nonproliferation, Ambassador Adam Scheinman, will travel to Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Brasilia, Brazil November 3 – 7 for consultations with foreign government officials in preparation for the 2015 Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty Review Conference (NPT RevCon).
