From May 4-8, the Director of Policy Planning, David McKean, will travel to El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama to meet with senior government officials and representatives of civil society and the private sector to advance the objectives of the Strategy for U.S. Engagement in Central America and discuss bilateral and multilateral issues of mutual interest.
